Coliban Park, which dates back to 1917. At this fourth-generation
sheep station, watch sheep dogs at work, witness sheep shearing and
learn about one of Australia’s most important industries. Enjoy a
homestyle lunch with the Barber family in their traditional private
homestead, followed by an opportunity to spot kangaroos hopping wild

After breakfast, board a cruiser and set out for Agincourt Reef,

This morning, fly to Cairns and connect to a flight to Uluru in
Australia’s Outback. Spend the afternoon exploring the mysterious
Kata Tjuta, domed rock formations, and walk through the Valley of
the Winds. End the day with a sundowner in hand, watching the sun

Day 9: Uluru, AUSTRALIA
Early this morning, take in a breathtaking sunrise over Uluru (Ayers
Rock). Spend the afternoon at leisure. At dusk, enjoy sunset drinks

dips behind the domes of Kata Tjuta and Uluru, listen to the
haunting sounds of the didgeridoo; then star gaze with the help of

Accompanied by your expert guide, explore harborside Sydney,
